Refund policy

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with their tags in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Email hello@hirselwool.com with your order number to start a return; we'll send a prepaid label for orders shipped within the United States. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the return. Socks that have been worn are not returnable. If a size doesn't fit, we're glad to exchange it for another size or color.
